EXTREME HEAT WARNING – SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

Deadly temps for bunnies! Keep them indoors at 70°F–75°F

Frozen bottles aren’t enough – they melt fast!

Heat risks:

Dehydration | Diarrhea | Heart attack | Heat stroke | Death

What to do:

KEEP BUNS INDOORS – Never let the temp go above 78°F

Use A/C & fans (but not blowing directly on them)

Avoid car rides unless necessary – cool car FIRST

Rotate frozen bottles/towels (wrapped!) in their space

Serve extra wet, rinsed veggies

Use large, full ceramic water bowls

Lay down cold ceramic tiles for the buns to rest on
